Quality control

Six controls govern production, from raw material to truck

What ensures the last batch matches the first: written controls in the quality system that govern raw materials, mixing, inspection and delivery.

Conformity control at every stage

Product conformity is checked throughout production, inspection and testing, not only at delivery.

Calibration of measuring equipment

Regular calibration of the measuring equipment used in production, so the numbers we record stay reliable.

Accredited external labs

Crushing and compression tests are carried out by accredited external labs, so results come from an independent party.

Supplier evaluation

Cement and aggregate suppliers are evaluated, and every incoming batch is checked before it enters the mix.

Isolation of nonconforming product

Anything that fails to meet the specification is isolated and blocked from delivery — a written procedure, not a personal judgment call.

Internal audit and management review

Internal audit and management review at least once a year, which keeps the ISO certification valid.

Four inspection points within the ten production stages; no product is released until it passes them.

Five independent bodies have issued reports on our products

Testing is done outside the factory, so results are not self-certified. Every report carries its date and the size of the sample tested.
